This concert begins with a celebration of Tasmanian place and history, a choral/orchestral setting of words by Margaret Scott. A conductor and soloist who have already delighted Tasmanian audiences bring, each from his own islands, Sibelius's powerful Nordic symphony and Mozart for all places and all times.
